Conflict Analysis of Physical Industrial Land Development Policy Using Game Theory and Graph Model for Conflict Resolution in Markazi Province

Industrial growth and development are among the integral components of economic in developing countries such as Iran. Markazi province central part Iran is one most prone areas for industrial progress due to its geopolitical location, proximity capital major cities, access via Iran’s western corridor. Over last few decades, concentration industries combination with a lack environmental safeguards have led concerns, that province’s faces serious challenges going forward. This paper analyzes how resolve these through strategic analysis stakeholder interactions using Graph Model Conflict Resolution, i.e., non-cooperative model game theory. Results indicate that, from point view, main cause conflict over physical land by way rationality organizational benefits stakeholders. It was shown insistence Industry Mining Organization on Department Environment preservation natural resources environment, hand, prevention their further destruction, other, made it difficult find cooperative solution. The findings unveiled scenario (i.e., current situation), equilibrium status 16 18 situations) no unilateral progression either party can be detected.
